In an effort to improve and maintain community infrastructure, we ask our residents to inform us of issues observed within the Districts.
The Districts provide for the development and maintenance of public water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and paving infrastructure, as well as emergency services, trash and recycling, and some recreational amenities.

What Are We Requesting?
We're asking residents to report issues in the Districts. The faster an issue is reported, the faster it can be investigated and addressed.
Have you noticed an issue with the infrastructure in our community? Have you seen any structural issues, such as a street light out, drainage issues on the sidewalks or roads? Do you have questions about current construction projects or landscaping items? If it was a yes to any of those questions then please create a ticket by clicking the button below.

Sidewalk Repair Requests
To request a sidewalk repair, please review the Order Adopting Sidewalk Policy (CCWCID3).pdfOrder Adopting Sidewalk Repair policy, and submit a form.
Upon receipt of a completed Sidewalk Repair Form, the General Manager or his designee shall: (a) conduct a site assessment visit to verify the condition and eligibility of the requested repair; (b) maintain a list of approved repair requests to be grouped for scheduling and cost-efficiency; and (c) periodically solicit bids or proposals from qualified third-party contractors to perform sidewalk repairs within the District.
District residents shall remain responsible for the maintenance and repair of sidewalks adjacent to their property and shall bear the full cost of any approved repair. To reduce individual costs, the District may aggregate multiple approved repair requests and secure bulk pricing from third-party contractors. The General Manager shall provide each participating resident with a written cost estimate prior to work and an invoice upon completion. Residents shall remit payment to the District within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of completion.
