Phase 1 Fiber Construction Begins May 19

Dear Inspiration Community Residents:

Frontier is excited to share that the Phase 1 of Frontier’s six phase fiber installation work in the community is expected to begin on or about Monday, May 19th, 2025. The work will be performed by Frontier Communications and Future Infrastructure, LLC crews.

When construction is complete, Frontier’s reliable, award-winning, 100% fiber-optic service will be available throughout most of the Inspiration Residential Association. Fiber Internet is lighting fast so it can handle multi-gig speeds of today, tomorrow, and the future. Nothing will ever be faster. Frontier and Future Infrastructure will be distributing door hangers to the affected homes on or about Thursday, May 15th, 2025. These door hangers will provide an overview of what to expect during construction and a contact number should you have any questions about the work in your area. Key contact information is also provided below.

Phase 1 is expected to include work within Collin County Water Control & Improvement District #3's, (“the District's”) authorized right of way areas along the following streets:

  • Believer Lane
  • Huffines Blvd
  • Promise Lane
  • Eden Edge
  • Paradise Lane
  • Sapphire Lane
  • Felicity Place
  • Pearly Way
  • Valor Way

Fiber services are expected to be available in the following villages this SUMMER:

  • Destiny
  • Harmony
  • Paradise
  • Discovery
  • Hope
  • Success
  • Faith
  • Inspiration Point
  • Wisdom
  • Grace

Planning for Peace Village and Unity Village work is in process and more information will be available soon. Please note that crews will be onsite weekdays from 7am - 6pm and their work will be confined to the District's street right of way and/or existing utility easements in front yards only. Any and all damages (district/resident/business) should be reported immediately to the onsite supervisor on duty for Future Infrastructure, LLC directly at 469-978-4984 or NMallory@prim.com. If your complaints to the on-site supervisor are not handled in a timely manner, they may be escalated to the General Manager for the District, Greg Wilkerson, at GWilkerson@ccwcid3.org.
